Our SaaS provides services for software development, continuous integration and deployment of software. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service or other users of it.
Explicitly prohibited activities include:
- mining of cryptocurrency
5. Payment and Billing
If there is a fee associated with the service, you agree to pay all fees and charges in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time a fee is due. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available through the service are the property of MeshCI or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express consent.
When uploading content to MeshCI, you must have the right to do so. By doing so, you grant MeshCI a non-exclusive license to use this content for the operation of its services. This includes displaying the content on the website. This license is revoked when you delete the content from our services, however we retain the right to keep and display the content for operational purposes (such as backups or restorations).

We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
The software and services are provided by MeshCI "as is", and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall MeshCI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this service, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
11. Entirety and Nullability
These terms and conditions replace any previous terms and conditions in entirety.
Should any clause or part of a clause be determined to be unenforceable or contrary to law, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in effect.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the service. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
